Question 1

What does Flawless Awards do?

Accepted Answer

Flawless Awards designs and produces premium custom corporate awards and gifts in crystal, glass, metal, and acrylic. We also use our AI Designer, Crystal, to generate realistic visual proofs, then handle deep sand etching, production, and fulfillment for B2B recognition programs of any size.

Question 2

How quickly can I see a custom award design?

Accepted Answer

Almost instantly! Our AI Designer, Crystal, produces a photorealistic preview of your custom award in just moments, including your logo, etching, and selected material. The preview is very close to what we can craft, and a live expert will review and refine any minor details before production.

Question 3

Do you sell stock awards I can customize?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Browse 100's of curated stock crystal, glass, metal, and acrylic awards and gifts. Every piece is customizable with your logo and deep sand etching. Stock awards have shorter lead times than fully custom designs.

Question 4

What is the typical lead time for an award order?

Accepted Answer

Standard production for stock awards and gifts is 5-7 days from artwork approval, plus shipping. Custom cut crystal awards are manufactured at our overseas facility and can take 30-90 days based on design and shipping preference. Rush production is available upon request.

Question 5

Do you offer volume pricing for large recognition programs?

Accepted Answer

Volume pricing applies at 2+ pieces and becomes significantly more competitive at 25+, 50+, and 100+. For programs of 50 pieces or more, we build a custom quote tailored to your full program scope.
