How personalization is priced
Flawless does not charge separate setup, artwork or etching fees for standard personalization. Deep sand etching, logo setup, artwork processing and individual recipient details are included in the quoted piece price.
If a 3D custom design requires new tooling or a mold, that cost is confirmed in the project quote and is normally built into the piece price. This is separate from changing names or titles on individual awards.
How to submit recipient details
Send your personalization list in Excel or CSV format. This reduces retyping, helps prevent spelling errors and makes the proofing process faster and more accurate.
Use a separate row for each recipient and clearly label each field, such as name, title, award level and achievement.
You approve the engraving before production
The artwork team prepares a production-ready digital proof showing the layout, logo placement and personalized text. Production begins only after you provide written approval of the final proof.
